PROJECT: Furniture Fit Out of New Offices 

 

 

FIT OUT BRIEF: Supply & install a main desking system that is capable of carrying 

a large amount of electrical connections and data cabling. 

 

 

PROJECT DETAIL: After consultation with the client regarding the layout and appropriate desking system needed, we installed 32 x of our Framework cable managed beam system desks, seating, screens and Steel Mobile Pedestal Drawer Units. Our framework cable managed desking system was perfect for this project, which was more than capable of carrying the substantial cabling and electrics through the built in adjustable beam system. The desk tops are finished in white with matching seating and desk dividing screens. 

 

 

 

PROJECT: Complete fit-out of New Offices at Mallusk 

 

 

FIT OUT BRIEF: Supply & install a main desking system that is capable of carrying 

all electrical connections and data cabling. Supply & install meeting room and training room furniture as well as Managers Offices and Drivers Briefing Room 

 

 

PROJECT DETAIL: After meeting with the project manager in the Dublin Offices regarding the layout and appropriate desking system needed, we installed 12 x of our Framework cable managed beam system desks, seating, screens, meeting & training rooms as well as 3 Managers offices & the Staff Kitchen / Canteen area. Our main framework desking sytem was perfect for this particular project as there will be significant growth in the office staff numbers in the near future, and our modular framework desking system was perfect for this purpose. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PROJECT: Complete fit-out of 6th Floor Contact Centre in Belfast City Centre 

 

 

FIT OUT BRIEF: Supply & install a main desking system that is capable of carrying 

a large amount of electrical connections and data cabling. Supply & install meeting room and training room furniture as well as seating for staff area. 

 

 

PROJECT DETAIL: After consultation with the client regarding the layout and appropriate desking system needed, we installed 55 x of our Framework cable managed beam system desks, seating, screens, meeting & training rooms as well as an executive office. Our main framework desking sytem was perfect for this particular project........fit-for-purpose to carry the substantial cabling and electrics through the built in adjustable beam system. The IT engineers were particularly impressed with the ease of access to cabling for any future hardware updates or system maintanance. The desk tops are finished in beech with matching seating and desk dividing screens.

PROJECT: Complete fit out of new 2 storey office complex  

 

 

FIT OUT BRIEF: Supply & installation of partition wall system, desking system, meeting rooms, boardroom, executive offices & staff canteen.  

 

 

PROJECT DETAIL: After a factory visit to Italy were the client was able to pick out the partition system and executive furniture, we undertook the works to completley fit out the 2 storey office block which included a double glazed partition wall system which was used to create 10 offices & meeting rooms. We installed horizontal 3 section double glazed partitioning modules on the 1st floor with the centre module etched for privacy and horizontal single glazing for the ground floor, with solid panels finished in Itialian Oak throughout. 

 

 

PROJECT: Complete Fit-Out and relocation for new corporate headquarters. 

 

FIT OUT BRIEF: To Relocate, Supply & Install new operator desking, Seating, Reception, Training Rooms, Staff Cafe area, Meeting rooms, Partitions, Executive Office & Storage Areas. 

 

PROJECT DETAIL: After our initial meetings with the team at McCormick's and successfully winning the contract, we then went through the best options for all of the furniture and Fit-Out requirements which included desking systems, seating, partitions, training rooms, meeting rooms, cafe areas, executive offices.  

We then went about the task of planning for the major relocation which was to take place over a weekend period as it was absolutely vital that this large organisation could close on a Friday evening in the old building and open for business on the Monday, as the cliché goes "Failure Was Not an Option" 

 

 

 

PROJECT: New Headquarters in Belfast 

 

 

 

FIT OUT BRIEF: Supply & Install Cable Managed Desk System, Seating, Storage Systems, Reception Furniture & Meeting Rooms 

 

 

 

PROJECT DETAIL: After consulting with the client on layout & Design, we installed our Framework cable managed desk system along with ergonomic seating, screens, reception counter & soft seating along with all meeting rooms furniture and seating.

PROJECT: Expansion of existing callcentre in Donegal 

 

 

FIT OUT BRIEF: To supply & install a cable managed desk system for callcentre floor. 

 

 

PROJECT DETAIL: We supplied & installed 120 x Cable Managed Adjustable Beam Desks using our "Framework" desk range. Over 200 x desks mounted screens.

PROJECT: Fit out of New Sales & Marketing Suite in Bath England 

 

 

FIT OUT BRIEF: Deliver & install designer furniture, seating & fittings to Bath 

 

 

PROJECT DETAIL: We were tasked to complete this project within a very tight deadline as this client had a major sales & marketing meeting coming up for the sale of major retail & residential space in a prestigious development in Bath, England. As we already had an existing relationship with this client they knew we were capable of sourcing the right products and completing before the deadline using our own specialist fitters. 

 

PROJECT: Fit out Of New Headquarters in Belfast City Centre 

 

FIT OUT BRIEF: Supply & installation of partition wall system, task seating, meeting rooms & Reception Counter 

 

FURNITURE DETAIL: We supplied and fitted our S2000 partition wall system on the ground & first floor floors using double glazed modules with integrated blinds. This created 2 x meeting rooms, 2 x executive offices & 1 x office on the ground floor. 

 

We supplied x 26 high back fully adjustable task chairs in a two tone fabric finish, as well as the meeting room furniture and boardroom seating.
